Title Attorney |Charleston WV | Hybrid

What We're Looking For:
✔️ Active West Virginia Bar license
✔️ 2-4 years of experience examining titles, drafting title opinions, and performing curative work
✔️ Previous work in energy and natural resources law preferred
✔️ Eagerness to take on additional responsibilities, including drafting and editing deeds, leases, assignments, agreements, and other real estate-related contracts
Your Key Responsibilities:
Examine and analyze complex title documentation with precision
Draft clear, concise, and reliable title opinions
Identify, resolve, and cure title defects efficiently
Assist in drafting and reviewing real estate agreements and contracts
Maintain the highest standards of client and Firm confidentiality
