Role Overview

As the Chief of Staff, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing organizational efficiency and supporting the strategic initiatives of the company. Working closely with the executive leadership team, you will be responsible for coordinating, planning, and executing key projects, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives. This role demands a combination of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and effective communication.

Responsibilities

  • Primarily assist the CEO while also extending support to senior management and department heads as directed. This is to ensure the achievement of company goals and objectives and maintain efficient operational processes.

  • Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes.

  • Lead and manage cross-functional projects from initiation to completion.

  • Develop project plans, set milestones, and ensure timely delivery.

  • Facilitate communication with employees by coordinating with internal and external executives on diverse projects and tasks.

  • Collaborate with the CEO's Executive Assistant to proactively address critical issues

  • Receive assistance from the CEO's executive assistant in managing all administrative and logistics-related matters on the CEO's agenda.

Requirements

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.

  • “hands on” person, with previous experience working in a fast-paced, high-demand environment

  • Proven creative thinker with strong business acumen

  • Insurance or Financial Services Industry experience preferred

  • Proven experience in a Chief of Staff or similar role.

  • Strong project management skills with a track record of successful execution.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
