Job Description

Our client is a full-service luxury real estate development and investment firm with operations in California, Mexico, Hawaii, and Colorado. They specialize in resort and residential communities located in world-class destinations around the world. They are seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join their team and serve as the steward of their core revenue management platform—managing the full lead-to-close lifecycle for both investors and buyers, supporting marketing automation, and identifying opportunities to unlock the system’s untapped potential. This is a meaningful opportunity for a Salesforce-savvy professional to play a central operational role within a dynamic, high-end real estate business.

This is primarily an in-person role, ideally reporting to our client’s office in Westwood (Los Angeles) five days a week. There may be flexibility for a hybrid setup for exceptional candidates.

Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary Salesforce Administrator, owning day-to-day system administration, configuration, and user support to ensure the platform operates reliably and efficiently
- Manage the full lead lifecycle within Salesforce, from initial lead capture and pipeline tracking through qualification, conversion, and close—supporting both the investor relations and residential buyer sides of the business
- Maintain and improve data integrity across the CRM, including deduplication, record hygiene, field configuration, and workflow automation
- Responsible for both administering and enhancing the system, including developing and rolling out new or currently unavailable functionality to support evolving business needs and maximize system capabilities.
- Administer and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other integrated marketing tools, building and executing email campaigns, lead nurturing workflows, and engagement tracking
- Proactively identify underutilized Salesforce features and recommend enhancements that improve visibility, efficiency, and revenue outcomes for the team
- Partner with sales, marketing, and operations leadership—including the COO and Director of Marketing and Operations—to understand business needs and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards that provide leadership with clear visibility into pipeline health, deal progression, campaign performance, and key business metrics
- Manage user roles, profiles, permissions, and system security in accordance with organizational needs
- Evaluate, onboard, and integrate third-party tools and AppExchange applications as needed to extend Salesforce functionality
- Document system configurations, processes, and training materials; provide onboarding and ongoing support to end users across departments

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, required
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience, with a demonstrated track record of owning a CRM platform end-to-end in a fast-paced environment
- Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) required; additional certifications (Advanced Administrator, Marketing Cloud Specialist, etc.) are a strong plus
- Experience supporting real estate, investment, or financial services businesses is preferred, particularly with lead and deal pipeline management
- Proficiency with Salesforce Sales Cloud; experience with Marketing Cloud, Pardot, or comparable marketing automation tools strongly preferred
- Ability to identify gaps in system utilization and independently drive improvements—a self-starter who brings ideas, not just maintenance
- Strong analytical skills with experience building dashboards and reports that inform business decision-making
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical Salesforce solutions for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing competing priorities in a dynamic, high-touch environment
- Ability to work effectively in a small entrepreneurial team environment as well as independently
- Strong work ethic with a desire to be a part of building something big

Compensation : Targeting a base salary of $90–$100k
