Wingstop Urgent Hiring: Immediate Opening for a Highly Skilled Restaurant General Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor General Managers and Assistant GMs to foster high engagement and operational success
• Maintain and promote Wingstop’s unique company culture across all locations
• Support restaurant teams to consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence
• Train and develop management staff, managing career growth and setting clear performance standards
• Drive strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with company programs and marketing efforts
• Collaborate with support personnel to identify and implement operational improvements
• Develop and execute business plans to enhance restaurant performance and sales
• Manage financial performance, including budgeting, analysis, and improving EBITDAR

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; College Degree preferred
• Minimum 18 months multi-unit management experience preferred; internal candidates require 12-18 months as General Manager at Wingstop with proven success
• Strong knowledge of QSR/Fast Casual industry operations, labor laws, food safety, and local health regulations
• Proficient in financial analysis, staffing, and business acumen related to running a full business unit
• Experience with local store marketing and various technology systems including Microsoft Office
