Summary

Are you an experienced logistics leader ready to make an impact? At INTEX Millwork Solutions, we’re looking for a results-driven Logistics Manager to lead our shipping, receiving, and transportation operations. This critical role ensures efficient logistics, cost-effective deliveries, and alignment with our supply chain strategy, all while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

You will report directly to the Supply Chain Manager and will be based out of our facility in Mays Landing, NJ.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and develop the shipping, receiving, and driving teams.
  • Oversee inbound/outbound logistics for timely and cost-efficient deliveries.
  • Optimize transportation strategies, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
  • Manage budgets, KPIs, and vendor relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years in logistics/supply chain management with leadership experience.
  • Expertise in shipping, receiving, LTL tariffs, and customs processes.
  • Proficiency in logistics software and ERP systems.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

What You’ll Receive:

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay scale for this position is $79,000 to $96,000. Placement in the range depends on several factors such as experience, skills, geography and internal equity and may change over time. This position qualifies for benefits and you will be eligible to participate in a bonus plan.
