Job Description

We are looking to hire several Field Service Technicians to work for a company that retrofits and installs new refrigeration for various big name grocery stores across the country. The pay is $60,000 - $90,000 a year, per diem plus travel lodging provided, and quarterly bonuses available. Location: Remote (Anywhere in the U.S.)

Training Location: Pryor, OK

Travel: Up to 60% nationwide

Base Salary: $60,000 – $90,000 annually (up to $95,000 depending on experience)

Per Diem: $75/day while traveling

Quarterly Bonuses: With opportunity to earn up to $10,000 additional per year

Position Overview:

As a Field Service Technician – HVAC/R, you will troubleshoot, install, commission, and maintain commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems in the field. This is a customer-facing role supporting large retail and grocery environments while working with modern control systems and CO₂ refrigeration technology.

Technicians receive hands-on training at the manufacturing facility in Pryor, OK, then support system startups and service work nationwide.

Qulifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in HVAC/R or commercial refrigeration
  • EPA Universal Certification
  • Experience with refrigeration controls (ABB, Carel, Novar preferred)
  • Experience working with CO₂ refrigeration systems
  • Knowledge of refrigeration systems, glycol chillers, and secondary loop systems

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $60.00/hr.
