What you’ll do:

• Support the Kalos Golf business by sourcing data and providing accurate, timely analyses and insights to business managers and their teams.
• Deliver current and new insight requirements for the Kalos Golf business.
• Consolidate and produce key financial and commercial analyses, identifying trends and investigating variances.
• Collaboratively assist other analysts and the Data team on an ongoing basis to ensure data integrity.
• Improve your analytical skills and business insights through sharing knowledge and standard processes with team members.
• Evolve our reporting to aid better data-driven decision-making.
• Apply Power BI for reporting—building, running, and manipulating reports with advanced knowledge is essential.
• Transform raw data into meaningful information and actionable insights.
• Build data visualizations and dashboards to support executive leaders and their teams in decision-making.
• Work with large, complex datasets to identify business trends and opportunities.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of reporting outputs.

What you’ll bring:

• A minimum of 4+ years’ experience working within an Insights, Management Information reporting, or analytical role, with confidence in manipulating large and complex data volumes.
• Skilled at interacting with senior stakeholders and presenting information in a clear, concise, and structured way.
• Strong expertise in  Power BI , including  DAX calculations, Power Query transformations , and data modelling for building scalable, high-performing dashboards.
• Experience of working with executive leaders and their teams, understanding needs and delivering reporting/analyses as required.
• Experience writing and understanding SQL would be advantageous.
• Good knowledge of Excel, including advanced formulas and functions.
• Good working understanding of Microsoft suite – understanding VBA would be advantageous.
• Capability to transform raw data into meaningful information and conclusions, and provide actionable insights.
• Ability to work under pressure and ensure deadlines are met.
• Passion for numbers and analysis, with a desire to innovate and improve existing processes.
• Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.
• Good working knowledge of 'travel' data and reservation systems would be desirable.
