Job Description

LaSalle Network has partnered with a growing  marketing agency to hire a  Client Finance Analyst. 

This is a high-visibility, client-facing opportunity for a finance/ accounting professional who enjoys budget ownership, cross-functional collaboration and process improvement in a fast-paced agency environment.

Pay rate for this assignment is up to $33/hr commensurate with experience. This role sit permanently remotely within IL.  LaSalle Network contractors have the opportunity to enroll in benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance. 

Responsibilities

• Lead finance processes across agency and client teams
• Manage budget tracking across multiple retailers and programs
• Partner with accounting on resource tracking and incremental work estimates
• Serve as the main contact for client finance stakeholders
• Develop budget reporting and financial recommendations
• Identify trends and recommend process improvements
• Analyze vendor costs, invoices and reconciliations
• Partner with account teams to track estimates and billing
• Validate invoices and coordinate revisions as needed
• Support invoicing, reconciliations and period-close processes

Qualifications

• Experience in finance, budgeting or financial analysis
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field, or equivalent experience
• Strong client-facing communication skills
• High attention to detail and financial rigor
• Understanding of agency finance processes preferred
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a cross-functional environment
