Noor Staffing Group is a leading hospitality staffing agency that partners with hotels, corporate dining facilities, universities, and healthcare institutions across NYC. We are seeking reliable and customer-focused Baristas for temporary and flexible work opportunities based on client needs. This role is ideal for individuals looking for short-term assignments, extra income, or flexible scheduling while gaining experience in a variety of café and hospitality environments.
Responsibilities
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso beverages to company standards
Provide excellent customer service in corporate, university, or hospital settings
Set up and maintain coffee stations, ensuring cleanliness and organization
Handle cash and POS transactions accurately when required
Restock supplies, including coffee, milk, syrups, and grab-and-go items
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene guidelines (HACCP / ServSafe)
Maintain a clean, welcoming front-of-house environment
Support team members during busy service periods and adapt to high-volume demand
Requirements
2+ years of recent barista experience in a high-volume environment
Starbucks experience required
Strong knowledge of espresso machines and drink preparation
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in fast-paced, professional settings
Flexible availability and willingness to take on different assignments
Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and demeanor
Food Handler Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
