Remote Closer specializing in sales of training and coaching for youth athletes and coaches.

Flexible hours | Earning potential of at least €4,000/month in the first 6 months through a system that provides profiled leads and tested services from the average value of €1,000 and up (with minimum 10% net commission per sale)

The work is done entirely on a smart working basis and involves connecting with potential clients who want training and coaching to acquire skills, technique, mindset and strategy at the highest level

Potential customer contacts in CRM are in the hundreds and provided directly by the company every day and are generated constantly through a tested marketing system

We are No. 1 in training A-Players, goes over 20 years Master Ivan Zauli and his team teach our clients all the technical skills critical to today's fast-paced soccer

IMPORTANT CLARIFICATION:

NO closer cold calls customers who do not show interest or procures customers who do not know us, every day contacts are assigned from potential customers who have participated in one of our virtual presentations or who have requested information.

However, this does not imply a wait-and-see mentality; every CLOSER at THE ROAD OF CHAMPIONS is very proactive and works with great intensity and passion throughout the day communicating in the virtual office with the team.

Compared to the classic telephone salesperson, the Closer is a superior figure; he is an advisor who listens to the customer and guides him in choosing the best path without any pressure.

The CLOSER does NOT procure the client, does not make “cold calls” by talking to people who do not know us, and works closely with the rest of the team who are responsible for providing contacts of clients who are interested in our pathways or services and who request to get in touch with a team member for support.

Compared to the classic “Traditional Salesperson,” the Closer does his or her work from the comfort of home without the anxiety of having to procure customers or talk to people who do not respect him or her, without having to take the car, go door to door, and receive doors in their faces.

The Closer listens to the client and accompanies them in choosing the right path based on their starting situation and their personal and professional goals.

Our virtual events are meant to give a taste to our potential clients and allows us to better SELECT who to admit to the training, AFTER the virtual event.

The role we seek involves EXPERT CLOSERS with proven business background and history of selling high-priced services.

In addition to sales experience, a success and results-oriented mindset, both individually and as a team, is a must.

Remuneration

The salary in The Road of Champions is above market standards. For the required position of telephone CLOSER in telemarketing specializing in selling training and coaching, the proposed salary is defined as follows:

Minimum 10% commission on each individual sale and access to monthly performance bonuses.

In addition to this base, the CLOSER has an incentive plan that leads him/her to reach bonuses up to … euros/month just by handling a few negotiations with high-spending clients.

In the company history, those who have held this position have easily achieved more than 10,000 euros per month within six months.

TYPE OF CONTRACT PROPOSED:
