Job Description

Salary: $105,000 - 115,000 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Management Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5 years of experience in web design, digital interface development, or UI/UX
• Proficient with contemporary design tools and front-end technologies
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and Power BI
• Deep understanding of accessibility standards (Section 508) and federal web guidelines
• Ability to create custom ASPX master pages and design landing pages, dashboards, and templates
• Good understanding of Microsoft .Net technologies and custom web applications using .Net, ASPX, C#, JSON, Angular JS, jQuery, JavaScript, Bootstrap CSS, and XML
• Experience in building custom web parts that integrate with SharePoint apps
• Skilled in producing professional-quality graphics for digital platforms
• Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation abilities
• Familiarity with IA / INFOSEC concepts and requirements
• Minimum Baseline Certification: CompTIA Security+ or IAT Level II equivalent
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the required security clearance

• Design user interfaces, website layouts, navigation systems, and interactive components
• Develop and test layouts for compatibility across various browsers, devices, and screen sizes
• Ensure all designs adhere to Section 508 accessibility and applicable federal web standards
• Utilize web frameworks and client-side code to enhance functionality and user experience
• Create visually attractive graphics for websites, social media, email campaigns, and other digital platforms
• Produce design elements aligned with FRC SW branding and communication objectives
• Construct accessible, navigable web pages that convey FRC SW programs and research
• Assess website performance, usability, and accessibility; document development standards
• Collaborate closely with the Public Affairs Office and internal teams for content gathering and new interface development
• Improve existing websites and multimedia systems through structured design and usability practices
• Contribute to visually cohesive and user-friendly digital experiences
• Develop custom workflows, apps, and automation solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint Online
• Facilitate user adoption through training, documentation, and collaboration with the Web Team Lead
• Create custom connectors, dashboards, and interactive Power BI reports
• Maintain and support existing Power Platform applications
• Identify and implement enhancements based on emerging technologies and design trends
• Update webpages, digital assets, and content structures regularly
• Support internal documentation deliverables such as TDDs, System Design Documents, Project Plans, and Test Plans
