Job Description

Staff Management Group is seeking a Warehouse Packer for our client in Mahwah, NJ. Please read the ENTIRE job description and ALL of the job requirements BEFORE applying for this position.

Schedule:

• 1st & 2nd Shifts Available
• Sunday - Wednesday: 7AM - 5:30PM ,
• Thursday - Saturday: 6:30AM - 6:30PM , or
• Monday - Friday: 3PM - 11:30PM
• Plus Overtime

Pay Rate:

• $16.50 - $18.50 / hour 

Job Summary:

The Packer is responsible for preparing products for shipment by accurately packing, labeling, and organizing items to ensure they are delivered safely and on time. This role plays an essential part in maintaining product quality and meeting customer expectations in a fast-paced warehouse or production environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Pack products accurately and efficiently according to company standards
• Inspect items for damage or defects before packing
• Label packages correctly with required shipping information
• Assemble boxes, cartons, and packing materials as needed
• Ensure proper sealing and stacking of packed goods
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times
• Meet daily productivity and quality targets
• Report any damaged goods or packing issues to a supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• MUST be bilingual - English AND Spanish
• Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity goals
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift and move materials as needed
• Good organizational skills and ability to follow instructions
• Team player with a reliable work ethic
• Ability to follow all safety procedures and company policies
