Overview
Registered Nurse - OR travel assignment in a surgery center setting located in San Rafael, California. Start date: 04/13/2026 for an eight-week assignment. Weekly pay ranges from $2,439 to $2,576, with guaranteed hours of 32 per week. Shift: Rotating. This perioperative role supports multiple service lines in a busy OR environment.

Responsibilities
- Deliver perioperative nursing care for patients undergoing procedures in the OR, including pre-op assessment, intraoperative support, and post-anesthesia care as needed
- Serve as circulating and/or scrub RN, assisting surgeons and anesthesia teams while maintaining sterile technique and accurate instrument counts
- Monitor patient status, manage vital signs, anesthesia workflow, and respond promptly to intraoperative changes
- Coordinate with the multidisciplinary perioperative team, ensure accurate documentation, and support efficient room turnover
- Uphold patient safety, infection control standards, and hospital policies throughout the perioperative process
- Apply independent practice in designated service lines (Urology, Vascular, Orthopedics, Pain Management, Spine, Eyes, Plastics) as assignments dictate

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in California
- Peri-Op 101 Certification required
- ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required
- CNOR certification preferred
- Ability to work independently in the following service lines: Urology, Vascular, Orthopedics, Pain Management, Spine, Eyes, and Plastics
- Willingness to work in a travel assignment at a surgery center setting for an eight-week period
