Specific Hours:

Tuesday 9:00am-2pm, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday 7:30am-12:30pm

Be a part of our pack and spend your days washing, brushing, and petting dogs as a dog bather at Brookside Barkery & Bath! Our dog bathers work alongside some of the cutest dogs in Kansas City. As an all-natural pet food store and grooming facility, our shampoos, flea treatment, and de-shedding treatment are all chemical and silicone-free.

Duties include:

• Bathing and drying dogs in preparation for grooming

• Provide friendly customer service as needed

• Engage with customers & their pets as needed

• Maintain cleanliness in bathing area

• Assist customers with walk in nail trims as needed

• Coordinate with other team members

• Recommend products for at-home care

• Maintain effective performance under pressure

• Complete laundry throughout day

• May perform similar duties as requested by supervisor

Requirements:

• Must be at least 16 years old

• Excellent customer service

• Ability to work independently and with others

• Good communication skills

• Attention to detail

• Passion for pets & their well-being

• Displays initiative

• Able to tolerate standing, walking, and lifting up to 40 lbs

• Reliable transportation

• Time management skills

Bathing experience required.
