What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead a survey crew on a variety of projects including boundary, topographic, and construction layout
• Perform field data collection using modern survey equipment
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and efficiency on all field operations
• Coordinate with office staff and CAD team using cloud-based systems
• Serve as the point of contact in the field for project execution

What They’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Survey Party Chief
• Strong knowledge of field procedures, boundary, topo, and construction layout
• Experience with Carlson and/or Trimble/Leica equipment preferred
• Ability to lead a crew and work independently
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
