Survey CAD Technician
Baltimore Suburbs, MD | Full-Time | Permanent

Well-established civil engineering and land surveying firm in the Baltimore suburbs is seeking a Survey CAD Technician to support a growing pipeline of land development and infrastructure projects. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong drafting skills and experience working with survey data.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare survey drawings, boundary surveys, ALTA surveys, and topographic maps using AutoCAD/Civil 3D
• Process field data from survey crews and convert into accurate CAD drawings
• Assist with plats, subdivision plans, and base mapping for engineering design teams
• Coordinate with surveyors, engineers, and project managers
• Maintain drawing standards and ensure accuracy of survey documentation

Qualifications:

• 2–15+ years of Survey CAD experience
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D
• Experience with boundary surveys, topographic surveys, and plats
• Ability to interpret field notes and survey data
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
