Job Summary Senior Salesforce Administrator


- Location: On-site (McLean or Plano), full-time, Contract-to-Hire (CTH), assignment scheduled through Dec 31, 2026
- Eligibility: Must be authorized to work in the US for the duration of the assignment
- Interview Process: 2-3 rounds (MS Teams Video & In-person), on-site interview dates from 07/06-07/10
- Schedule: Standard business hours



Key Responsibilities:


- Own and manage all aspects of Salesforce platform administration (configuration, user access, data integrity)
- Evaluate and execute change requests with due diligence and risk awareness
- Ensure platform decisions comply with business, data, and compliance standards
- Maintain platform governance, security, and compliance
- Perform critical thinking and risk assessment before making platform changes
- Collaborate with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and technology teams to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate into Salesforce configurations
- Support Agile delivery practices; actively participate in sprint ceremonies
- Perform historical and existing data analysis for records affected by migrations or platform changes
- Analyze metadata and transformation logic across systems
- Prepare and migrate legacy datasets; execute data mapping and transformation analysis
- Identify and scope automation opportunities to reduce manual effort
- Manage user provisioning and access requests
- Execute recurring platform updates and scheduled data loads, license reviews, and reconciliation tasks
- Proactively monitor platform events, flag and escalate anomalies
- Provide admin support during platform deployments and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Produce and maintain quarterly metrics and dashboards (event monitoring, user metrics, data health)



Required Skills & Experience:


- Proven, hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator in an enterprise environment
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration (objects, validation rules, workflows, permissions, etc.) and third-party app integration
- Experience in data analysis, data mapping, and cross-system data reconciliation
- Experience with Agile delivery frameworks, JIRA, and Confluence
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills

Preferred:
- Salesforce certifications (not mandatory but preferred)
- Candidates currently working as Salesforce Administrators with data update and analysis expertise
