Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Content & Marketing finance team in Budapest.

In this role, you’ll partner with international stakeholders, support financial planning, and bring clarity to complex data, helping shape decisions behind content and marketing investments.

What you’ll do:

• Deliver financial analysis to support business decisions
• Build and maintain advanced Excel models (forecasting content & marketing spend)
• Support budgeting and planning cycles (monthly, quarterly, long-range)
• Partner with Programming & Marketing teams across regions
• Analyze performance, track variances, and highlight opportunities
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior stakeholders
• Support month-end and quarter-end close processes
• Contribute to system transition from SAP to Oracle Fusion
• Drive process improvements and ad hoc analysis

What we’re looking for:

• 4+ years of experience in finance / FP&A
• Strong Excel skills (complex models, pivot tables, Power Query, macros)
• Experience with Oracle Fusion (or similar ERP like SAP / Hyperion)
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
• Ability to explain financials to non-finance stakeholders
• Confident communication skills in English
• Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have:

• Experience in media / entertainment
• Hungarian language skills
