Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development, execution, and management of social media activities for brands.
  • Engage directly with fans through owned social media channels, including TikTok, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Threads, and Instagram.
  • Execute creative and engaging campaigns, converting fans into customers.
  • Support  business objectives and digital presence by emphasizing engagement and conversion.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure social media strategies are aligned with overall brand campaigns.
  • Use moderation tools (e.g., Sprinkle) to manage and engage with user-generated content.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of social media campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Skills:

  • Strong social media experience, including familiarity with platforms like TikTok, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Threads, and Instagram.
  • Knowledge of user-generated content and how to leverage it for brand growth.
  • Experience with moderation tools such as Sprinkle.
  • Highly creative with a passion for engaging with customers and turning fans into brand advocates.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse online audiences.
  • Proactive, with a deep understanding of social media trends and audience behavior.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Proven track record of engaging with online communities and executing social media campaigns.
  • Experience with content creation for social media platforms.
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
