• Proven experience managing Salesforce.com applications including CPQ and Sales Cloud
• Skilled in Salesforce OmniStudio for advanced configuration and user experience
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions effectively
• Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ processes and best practices
• Experience working collaboratively with various internal stakeholders to gather requirements
