Enthusiastic and Helpful: If you thrive on building relationships and genuinely love helping people, this is the career for you. A Team Player: Growth at The Cannon Team is fueled by energy, drive, and a collaborative spirit within a close-knit, supportive environment.

As a Real Estate Agent with The Cannon Team, you will:

Diligent Lead Follow-Up: Consistently follow up with leads across all channels to maximize every sales opportunity. Nurture Client Relationships: Build meaningful connections that generate long-term referrals and repeat business. Conduct Buyer and Seller Consultations: Deliver insightful consultations that match clients with the right properties and solutions. Host Open Houses: Represent our listings through engaging open houses that attract motivated buyers. Manage Transactions Seamlessly: Oversee each transaction with professionalism, ensuring a smooth experience from contract to close. Grow the Business: Use your skills and our resources to attract new clients and expand your book of business. Stay Market-Sharp: Maintain strong knowledge of current market conditions to confidently guide every client conversation.

Qualifications we're looking for:

An Active Real Estate License: A current, valid real estate license is required. Tech-Savvy: Comfort navigating tools like Follow Up Boss, DotLoop, SISU, Brivity, HouseWhisper AI, and Google Suite. Strong Communication and Networking Skills: The ability to connect, negotiate, and build lasting professional relationships. Driven and Self-Motivated: A demonstrated desire to set goals, overcome challenges, and take ownership of your success. Organized and Efficient: Strong time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple clients and transactions effectively.
