Build and maintain lists of properties available for sale
Showcase properties to potential buyers in a friendly and informative manner
Assist sellers in effectively marketing their properties to attract favorable offers
Guide buyers and sellers through the negotiation and transaction process
Stay up-to-date with market trends and best practices
Proven track record of successful sales in the real estate industry
Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills
Strong communication and negotiation abilities
Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Minimum age of 18
