Job Description

Ready to take the next step in your career?

Join a leading provider of fiber-based broadband services delivering high-speed connectivity, Ethernet, and dark fiber solutions across the United States. The company is building a large-scale open-access fiber network to expand fast and reliable connectivity nationwide.

The organization is seeking for an OSP Project Manager to oversee end-to-end fiber build programmes, coordinating cross-functional teams, driving delivery and accountability, and ensuring vendors and contractors meet commitments in a fast-paced environment.

Ready to take your expertise to the next level? Get in touch today!

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of OSP fiber network build programmes from mobilization through handover
  • Own and chair weekly market reviews
  • Manage a cross-functional pod consisting of Finance, PM, Market Lead, and Sales
  • Hold contractors and vendors accountable to schedule, scope, and quality standards
  • Track and report on daily field performance, ensuring issues are surfaced and resolved without delay
  • Maintain full visibility of programme financials, flagging variances and driving corrective action
  • Coordinate across internal functions and external stakeholders to keep builds moving
  • Ensure compliance with safety, permitting, and construction standards throughout delivery

Skills / Must Have:

  • Background in OSP construction — you understand what happens in the field, not just on a dashboard
  • Experience working with or as a contractor preferred
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities
  • Comfortable presenting performance data at COO or C-suite level and defending your numbers
  • Strong grip on programme financials — cost tracking, variance analysis, forecasting
  • Daily accountability mindset — proactive, not reactive

Benefits:

  • Major medical health insurance
  • Life and dental insurance
  • Annual bonus
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Paid time off

Salary:

  • $100,000 – $130,000 per year, dependent on experience
