What You'll Do

• Guide customers through the RV and marine buying process with friendliness, knowledge, and professionalism
• Build strong relationships by listening to customer needs and offering the best solutions
• Demonstrate a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure an exceptional buying experience
• Maintain product knowledge and stay informed about current inventory and offerings
• Work both independently and collaboratively to meet and exceed sales goals

What We're Looking For

• Previous sales or customer service experience (RV or marine experience a plus, but not required)
• A customer‑focused, outgoing, and approachable personality
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• Self‑motivated with a drive to succeed in a commission‑based environment
• A team player who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and help wherever needed

Compensation

• Each new employee will start with a three-month base wage of $4000.00 per month to help get off the ground and running. We understand that this can be a challenging process in the beginning and we are acutely aware that individuals may need a base wage to be successful.
