Job Description

A Manager of People & Culture opportunity available for a private client in Syosset, NY. The ideal person for this role will have 4-5+ years as an HR Generalist/Manager and have experience handling employee relations, performance management, team/culture building, and succession planning.

• Must be comfortable working 4 days/week onsite.
• $100-120K base plus discretionary bonus

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree 
• 4+ years related experience as HR Generalist/HR Manager
• Ability to work onsite 4 days/week
• Prior experience handling employee relations 

Preferences:

• Prior experience working for a privately-owned company
• Prior experience being sole HR person 
• SHRM certification
• Prior experience working for multi-site company
