Job Description

A highly respected global investment firm is seeking a Payroll Associate to join its payroll team. This is a great opportunity for a payroll professional who wants to join a stable, high-performing organization with excellent benefits, strong mentorship, and long-term career growth.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys detail-oriented work, employee support, and working with payroll systems such as ADP or Workday. A four-year degree is not required; candidates with an associate’s degree, some college, or equivalent hands-on payroll experience are encouraged to apply.

Compensation

Base salary depending on experience, plus overtime eligibility, 15% annual bonus target, and 14.3% profit sharing.

Responsibilities

The Payroll Associate will support day-to-day payroll operations, including:

  • Processing payroll changes
  • Reviewing payroll data for accuracy
  • Assisting with employee inquiries
  • Maintaining payroll records
  • Supporting payroll reporting, reconciliations, and compliance-related tasks.

This person will work closely with payroll leadership and internal business partners to help ensure payroll is processed accurately, timely, and confidentially.

Qualified candidates will bring

  • Payroll experience, ideally in a corporate, financial services, professional services, or similarly detail-oriented environment
  • Experience with ADP or Workday is strongly preferred
  • Strong Excel skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, follow-through
  • Service-oriented communication style
