Schedule: Monday–Friday, Night Shift

Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour

Job Description:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our warehouse team in Petaluma, CA. This is a night shift, temp-to-hire opportunity with competitive pay. The Order Picker is responsible for accurately selecting, preparing, and staging products for shipment while maintaining safety and productivity standards.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick orders using pick lists, RF scanners, or warehouse management systems
• Prepare, label, and stage orders for shipment
• Operate warehouse equipment such as electric pallet jacks (training provided if needed)
• Verify product quantities and ensure order accuracy
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Meet productivity and quality standards

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse or order picking experience preferred
• Experience using electric pallet jacks a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work night shifts
• Basic English communication skills
