As a Call Center Representative, you are the voice of the company. You will handle inbound inquiries regarding account balances, toll charges, and general updates. Location: Harrisburg, PA (Onsite)
Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (No Weekends!)
Key Responsibilities:
- Exceptional Service: Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive tone.
- Accuracy: Process payments and account updates with high attention to detail.
- Collaboration: Work alongside a team to meet center goals and document all interactions thoroughly.
- Tech Savvy: Navigate multiple systems and software simultaneously.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in a customer service or call center environment.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Skills: strong active listening, empathy, and professional telephone etiquette.
- Reliability: This is an onsite position (no remote work available) requiring a commitment to the 9am–6pm shift.
