As the primary link between our customers and service technicians, you'll ensure accurate communication, exceptional customer care, and smooth workflow management. You will schedule appointments, interpret customer concerns, recommend maintenance/repairs, verify insurance, estimate repair timelines, and maintain strong customer relationships that lead to repeat business.

• Greet customers and guide them through the service process

• Consult with technicians about diagnosis, repairs, and alternatives

• Use product and service knowledge to inform/sell recommended services

• Schedule appointments, drop-offs, and pick-ups

• Communicate repair timelines, warranties, and cost-saving options

• Manage service drive workflow and technician schedules

• Call customers with updates, status changes, or completion times

• Maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat visits

• Ensure accurate documentation of service work and costs

• Coordinate parts ordering and ensure availability

• Maintain professionalism and dealership standards at all times

• Minimum 1 year Service Advisor experience (any brand)

• Strong understanding of automotive service and basic tech knowledge

• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to communicate clearly with customers, techs, and management

• Organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Experience with service software is a plus

• Associate's degree in mechanics/related field helpful but not required
