Job Description
This role involves assembling small plastic and electronic components for medical devices, such as hearing aid and pacemaker batteries, while working extensively under a microscope in a clean-room environment. You will use fine motor skills, follow detailed work orders, and complete documentation accurately, contributing to the production of high-quality medical products on either first or second shift.

Work Environment
You will work in a clean-room environment that requires wearing a lab coat, hair covering, gloves, and safety glasses, with no makeup allowed to maintain product cleanliness. The facility is a newer, well-maintained building with a small-company, family feel and approximately 50 people per shift. Many employees have been with the organization for over 15 years, contributing to a stable and collaborative atmosphere. Shifts include a first shift from 5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Monday through Friday with overtime on Saturdays, and a second shift from 1:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Monday through Friday with overtime on Saturdays. The role is primarily seated and involves extensive microscope use and fine manual work with small tools in a controlled, safety-focused environment.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.80 - $18.80/hr.
