This role supports the company's logistics and transportation operations through a combination of shipment coordination, operational analysis, and process improvement. The position regularly evaluates routing options, carrier performance, and freight costs to determine effective logistics solutions while balancing customer requirements, operational constraints, and cost efficiency. The individual in this role exercises independent judgment when resolving transportation issues and identifying opportunities to improve service levels, reduce freight spend, and strengthen logistics operations.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This role is full-time and will receive a competitive salary + benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and 401k. This position's anticipated annual pay range is $80,000 -$115,000 plus bonus. A variety of factors are considered when determining an individual's compensation, including a candidate's professional background, education, certifications, experience, professional licenses, and location.
