### **Role Overview**
We are looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support lead generation and outreach efforts. This role focuses on identifying qualified businesses, initiating contact, and helping build a consistent pipeline of new client opportunities.
This is a long-term opportunity for the right candidate.
### **Responsibilities**
* Research and compile targeted business leads (primarily U.S.-based small businesses)
* Identify potential opportunities based on website quality, SEO visibility, or marketing gaps
* Send outreach messages via email and social platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn)
* Track all outreach activity and responses in a shared Google Sheet or Excel Spreadsheet
* Perform follow-ups with prospects who have not responded
* Maintain accurate and organized records of all leads and communications
### **Required Skills & Experience**
* Experience with lead generation, data entry, or outreach
* Strong written English communication skills
* Ability to follow structured processes and scripts
* Comfortable using Google Sheets or similar tools
* High attention to detail and organization
**Preferred (not required):**
* Experience working with digital marketing agencies
* Familiarity with cold email or appointment setting
* Basic understanding of websites, SEO, or online marketing
### **Compensation**
* Hourly: $4–$8 USD/hour (based on experience)
* Performance bonuses:
* Bonus per qualified booked call
* Bonus per closed client
### **Work Schedule**
* Part-time to start (10–15 hours per week)
* Potential to increase hours based on performance
* Must have at least 2–3 hours of overlap with Eastern Time (EST)
