Job Description

We are supporting our client on a search for a Junior Data Analyst in Atlanta on a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office). This is the seat where you learn to turn raw data into decisions. You will write SQL every day, build and own dashboards, and get exposure to product, marketing, and finance questions from the jump.

Ideal for someone 0-2 years into analytics, coming out of a strong bootcamp, an internal BI seat, or a heavy-Excel operations role. The team invests heavily in growing analysts into senior analyst or analytics engineer tracks.

Responsibilities

• Write SQL to pull, clean, and QA data across product, marketing, and finance sourcesBuild and maintain dashboards in Looker, Tableau, Mode, or MetabaseTurn recurring stakeholder questions into repeatable, self-serve viewsInvestigate anomalies in KPIs and share findings with clear commentaryPartner with senior analysts on A/B test analysis and cohort workDocument data definitions so the org trusts what it sees

Requirements

• 0-2 years of analytics, business intelligence, or heavy-Excel experienceWorking SQL (joins, aggregations, window functions - you can pass a screen)Comfort with a BI tool (Looker, Tableau, Mode, Sigma, Metabase, Power BI)Strong written communication - can turn a query result into a two-sentence takeawayBachelors in stats, econ, math, CS, or equivalent hands-on experienceBonus: Python/pandas, dbt exposure
