POSITION SUMMARY:
This position provides advanced staffing support to the most complex and high-profile standing and ad hoc committees staffed by two Court Services Division Units: The Court Programs Unit and the Center for Forensics & Artificial Intelligence (Center). In addition, to assisting with the production of agendas and committee appointments this position is responsible for webpage development and maintenance and coordinating all aspects of public meetings Provides collaborative, organizational and logistical support to multiple staff within the Division on procedural matters and ad hoc projects, as well as for special conferences and training sessions. This position also assists with managing and monitoring the Mental Health Repository and the Competency Evaluator Education Program. Engages in other initiatives that involve planning, researching, and analyzing court administration policy projects as directed.
Other duties include maintaining SQL committee information database (CID) and historical records for each committee/project. Serves as a lead in performing technical support of the CID, such as troubleshooting service requests and working with the vendor on future enhancements. As well as build and maintain e-mail distribution lists, designs and implements correspondence and tracking systems including standard and unique letters, forms, merge lists, and other documents related to the needs of the Unit. This position will also serve the central point of contact for committee and subcommittee personnel and acts as a liaison between members of the public and committee chairs and assignment senior staff.
This position may be eligible for a hybrid-telework schedule once the employee has completed three (3) months of employment and has sufficiently proved their ability to perform assigned tasks.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, policy, law or similar program and three years related experience or equivalent. Directly related experience may substitute for the degree requirement. This position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, including attention to detail. Effective organizational and time management skills. An individual who is highly skilled in Expression Web and all MS Office productivity software and online meeting platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams. This position also requires the ability to work effectively with judges, court staff, and the public, work independently, with minimal supervision, follow complex oral and written instructions and manage several ongoing projects, monitor deadlines and provide appropriate follow-up, and work with confidential materials in a discreet manner and to handle money.
The preferred candidate will have the ability to understand and interpret legislation, rules, administrative orders and policies and procedures and advanced Microsoft Word skills, experience with HTML and website-related software, use of style guides, and use of relational databases.
