Our Renton branch is looking for experienced caregivers to join our team! We do require valid CNA, HCA or that you can provide proof you are enrolled in HCA/CNA training. In addition, we do require a valid WA state driver's license, reliable vehicle and auto insurance in your name.  

Current Client Needs:

• Open to short 2-to-5-hour shifts 
• Example shifts – 9AM – 12PM / 1PM -4PM / 4PM – 7PM 
• No overnight shifts available at this time
• Valid CNA, HCA or that you can provide proof you are enrolled in HCA/CNA training
• Valid WA state driver's license, reliable vehicle and auto insurance in your name.
• Available for clients in Renton – SeaTac– Fall City – Mercer Island – Maple Valley and surrounding areas!
• Transfer Experience (Hoyer Lift)
• Memory Care Experience

Pay rate: $22.50-$23.50 hr

Caregiver Job Duties

Our caregivers support their clients in activities of daily living such as (but not limited to):

• Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.)

• Cooking and/or serving meals

• Helping clients bathe, dress, and groom

• Providing companionship through daily activities and hobbies

• Transporting clients for errands or appointments in your car

• Assisting with gait belt or Hoyer transfers

• Monitoring and reporting on their condition

Additional Information

• Our hiring process is fast and simple! Apply and the recruiter in your region will connect with you to schedule a video interview and then an in-person interview with our Branch Manager if applicable. If hired, you will be scheduled for orientation at your branch as soon as 1 week. Once you have completed onboarding, orientation, and training, you can start working with clients!
• The more open your availability, the more clients we can match you with. Ability to build a consistent schedule depends on caregiver availability, willingness to transport, and client match.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older

• Ability to pass a state and national background check

• Valid driver's license, auto insurance and clean driving record

• Active WA State CNA or HCA license and up to date on CE credits

• Ability to lift 50lbs

• Ability to provide more than companionship care and work with different care levels

• Smart phone with ability to download and utilize the AxisCare app
