Job Summary:

We are seeking dependable General Laborers to support daily manufacturing operations. This role assists with production processes, material handling, and supporting machine operators while helping maintain a clean and safe work environment. This is an entry-level opportunity with on-the-job training and potential for advancement.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with production and manufacturing processes
• Load and unload raw materials and finished products
• Support machine operators during production runs
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Package finished products for shipment or distribution
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
• Report equipment issues or production concerns to supervisors
• Perform additional general labor tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
