What does this role look like?
Perform one or more multiple financial activities within various finance job functions (FP&A, Overhead, Program Finance, Accounting, Controller, etc.). Will include some or all of the responsibilities as defined. Performs financial analysis, establishes performance management budgeting, and forecasting activities to include variance analysis, trend identification, workforce planning drivers, risk and opportunities assessment and development of mitigation plans. Integrates information from multiple financial systems, processes and functions in order to consolidate the data forensics into actionable business solution recommendations.
Timely and accurately consolidates financial results (Orders, Sales, EBIT, Cash, ROIC, Overhead, Discretionary Funding) and monthly, quarterly and year end reporting to internal and external customers to include government contractual cost and schedule earned value management reporting. Develops and utilizes forward-looking data analytics, visualization and trend analysis to inform financial strategy and decision making. Develops and provides actionable recommendations to key stakeholders to make sound financial and operating decisions. Maintains applicable internal and external (FAR, CAS, SEC, US GAAP) policy, procedure, and controls for compliance to support internal process and external regulatory requirements. Provides subject matter expertise support to proposal development, basis of estimate and negotiations, as required.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience/combined education or in lieu of degree relevant experience
- Ability to prepare and present financial data to various levels of leadership
- Microsoft office skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain a clearance
Desired Skills:
- Experience with Earned Value Management or Long Range Planning
- Tableau or data visualization experience
- EVM Background and Skills including IBRs, CEACs, Financial CDRLs (IPMR Formats and CFSRs)
- Highly detail oriented with a proven track record to deliver quality results in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Must work well in team environments and comfortable working with team members in different geographic locations
- Current DOD Secret Clearance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
- Demonstrated ability as a team player to build consensus among peers and build effective relationships with team members.
- Demonstrated communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical issues to peers, management, subcontractors and customers.

- Strong Microsoft office skills, primarily focusing in Excel

- Bachelors degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 3+ years of professional experience; or 1+ years of professional experience with a Masters degree.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $60,600 - $106,835. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidates final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
