Job Description
Are you a versatile facilities professional who excels at balancing technical repairs with large-scale project management? We are seeking a highly skilled Specialist to oversee our facility operations and lead renovation and remodeling initiatives. This is a dynamic role where you will manage multiple projects of varying complexity, ensuring that our infrastructure is not only maintained to the highest standard but also evolving to meet our future needs.
In this position, you will serve as a technical expert and a key communicator. You will be responsible for coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, ensuring all parties are informed and projects are delivered on time. Furthermore, you will play a critical role in our sustainability efforts by ensuring strict compliance with ISO 14001 environmental management standards.
salary: $27 - $28 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 6:45 AM - 3 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
- Supports installation of building equipment.
- Works on multiple projects of varying complexity.
- Coordinates renovation and remodeling projects and ensures good communication to all affected parties.
- Ensures compliance with ISO 14001 environmental management system standards where applicable.
The essential functions of this role include:
- working in a smoke free environment
- wearing steel toe shoes
- working in a non-temperature controlled environment
