Job Description

GAC Enterprises, LLC is a trusted partner in telecom and infrastructure construction — building with integrity, precision, and professionalism. We're looking for an experienced Director of Finance to provide strategic and operational financial leadership as we continue to grow.

About the role

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will own the full financial function — from budgeting and forecasting to internal controls and compliance. You'll serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership, translating financial data into decisions that drive operational performance and long-term stability.

  • Lead the financial strategy — partner with senior leadership to connect financial planning to the company's operational goals and growth priorities.
  • Own budgeting, forecasting & cash flow — build and manage the financial plan end-to-end, ensuring stability and continuity.
  • Deliver clear reporting & analysis — prepare timely financial reports and dashboards that give leadership the visibility they need.
  • Strengthen controls & compliance — establish and maintain internal controls that keep the organization compliant and audit-ready.
  • Build scalable systems & processes — refine financial models, tools, and documentation that will serve the company long after your engagement.
  • Collaborate across the business — support operations, HR, and leadership teams with financial planning and cost management.

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of progressive finance or accounting experience, with time in a senior leadership role
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA, MS Finance, or CPA is a plus
  • Strong command of budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting
  • Experience designing and enforcing internal controls and compliance frameworks
  • Comfortable working across teams and communicating financial insights to non-finance leaders
  • Experience with multi-state or high-growth organizations is strongly preferred
