Job Summary
LJ Horizons is seeking a dependable and organized Customer Service Coordinator to support client requests and provide a high level of service in a remote environment.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others staying detail-focused and guiding clients through a structured process from start to finish.
You will assist clients with coordinating personalized experiences including family-focused arrangements and related services.
Key Responsibilities

Assist with coordinating services scheduling and updates
Guide clients through a structured process from start to completion
Maintain accurate and organized client records
Monitor progress to ensure timely completion of requests
Communicate clearly with clients and provide consistent follow-up

Qualifications

Comfortable using online tools and systems
Customer service or administrative experience preferred
