Lead commercial construction projects in Louisville, KY from planning through completion
Manage project budgets, cost tracking, and scheduling to meet deadlines
Review construction drawings, blueprints, and project specifications
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to keep projects moving
Oversee job site activities with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency
Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and resolve issues in the field
Communicate updates with clients, stakeholders, and internal leadership
Maintain project documentation including daily reports, schedules, and change orders
Use construction management software such as ProCore or Prolog to track progress and documentation

Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial construction
Strong understanding of construction processes, renovations, and tenant build-outs
Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and subcontractors
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Experience with construction management software such as ProCore, Prolog, or similar platforms preferred
OSHA certification or equivalent safety training preferred
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to local job sites
