Job Title: CNC Lathe Machinist C
Job Description
Candidates will be partnering with high level machinists to support machining operations on CNC lathes and mills. This role focuses on assisting with tooling and fixture selection, monitoring part counts and production records, and performing in-process inspections to ensure high-quality output in a manufacturing environment.

Work Environment
This position operates on 1st shift, from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., in a manufacturing facility focused on large-volume projects. You work with CNC lathes, mills, and related machining equipment in a team-oriented production environment. The facility offers an onsite gym, an employee lounge with a couch and flatscreen TV, and a culture that encourages social interaction through monthly barbeques, company gatherings, and competitions. Employees may bring their dogs to work on Wednesdays and Thursdays, contributing to a relaxed and supportive atmosphere while maintaining professional standards on the production floor.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Northfield, NH.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.50/hr.
