Key Responsibilities:
Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive leadership team, providing insights and recommendations based on analysis of key performance indicators.
Manage special projects and initiatives that align with the company's strategic objectives.
Facilitate effective communication across the organization, ensuring alignment with the firm's vision and goals.
Oversee the development and execution of the corporate agenda, meeting schedules, and follow-up on action items.
Coordinate leadership meetings, including preparing materials, agendas, and briefing documents.
Manage executive travel and logistics, ensuring efficient planning and organization.
Support the recruitment and onboarding processes for key positions within the organization.
Assist in the management of budgets related to special projects and firm initiatives.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
5+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial position, ideally as a Chief of Staff or in a similar role.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a proven ability to interact effectively with senior executives.
Demonstrated ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis and use data to drive decision-making.
Proficient in project management and collaboration tools.
Ability to work independently, handle confidential information, and exercise discretion.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to achieving high-quality outcomes.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
