Apple Valley Villa, a   Cassia community, is seeking dedicated Caregivers (CNA, HHA, PCA, or TMA ) to join our team in Apple Valley, MN !  At Apple Valley Villa , you'll be part of a supportive, mission-driven team that takes pride in making a difference every day for residents and families alike.

As a  Caregiver  at Apple Valley Villa , you will provide person-centered care to our residents, supporting them with their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as showering/bathing, shampooing of hair and medication administration while promoting dignity, independence and well-being. This position is ideal for someone who truly wants to make a difference in the lives of others.  Position Type:  Part-Time or Full-Time, benefits eligible position working a varying schedule including weekends

Shifts Available:
Evenings 4:00 PM - 10:30 PM (Full-Time)
Nights 10:45 PM - 7:15 AM (Full-Time or Part-Time)

Wage Range: $17.00 - $22.00 / hour depending on experience 

Location: 14610 Garrett Ave, Apple Valley, MN 55124

Caregiver Responsibilities:

• Provide routine nursing care and services to our residents
• Administer medications to residents as needed
• Communicate any resident concerns with licensed nursing staff
• Assist in resident emergencies
• Answer and transfer incoming phone calls as needed
• Perform additional tasks as required

Caregiver Qualifications:

• Med Passer experience preferred but not required
• HHA, PCA or CNA experience required
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to read, write, comprehend, and speak English fluently
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to work well with others
• A passion for fostering fullness of life for those we serve
• Selected candidates are required to pass background checks
• Must be 18 years or older
