Sheehan Buick GMC is seeking a customer-focused, detail-oriented Service BDC Agent to join our fast-paced service department. As a key member of our team, you’ll be the first point of contact for our valued service customers—helping to ensure every visit starts with a great experience. What you need to possess: A positive friendly attitude, attention to detail, great phone skills, solid computer skills. Automotive experience is a plus! About the Role: As our Service BDC Agent you will join our team to perform these daily duties:

• handle inbound service calls
• schedule appointments
• provide professional communication that sets the tone for our high standard of care.
• You’ll ensure “Business Development” is a key component of everything you do.-reach out to current and potential customers. We need to GROW!
• Make outbound calls for appointment reminders
• Maintenance follow-ups, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to optimize workflow and accuracy.
• Maintain accurate records using our CRM and scheduling tools.
• Support our team in delivering a seamless and premium customer experience.
• Reach out to customers to introduce them to Sheehan Buick GMC. You’ll be a key player in growing our customer base.

Ideal Candidate: Prior experience in a BDC, call center, or customer service role (automotive preferred). Strong phone communication and active listening skills. Comfortable with technology, CRM systems, and scheduling platforms Organized, efficient, and capable of multitasking in a high-volume environment. A team player with a positive, proactive attitude.
