Assistant General Manager (AGM) – The Admiral’s Inn 📍 Ogunquit, Maine | 💼 Full-Time | 💰 $55,000 Step Into Leadership at One of Ogunquit’s Signature Properties We’re looking for a strong, steady, and driven Assistant General Manager to help lead daily operations at The Admiral’s Inn. This is not a back-office role.You’ll be on the ground—supporting the team, engaging with guests, and helping run a fast-paced, multi-faceted property including rooms, spa, and food & beverage. You’ll work side-by-side with the General Manager as a true operational partner—someone who steps in, takes ownership, and helps keep everything running smoothly. What You’ll Do

• Support daily hotel operations across all departments
• Act as a visible leader for both staff and guests
• Resolve guest needs quickly and professionally
• Help manage scheduling, payroll, and expenses
• Lead and support team members through coaching and direction
• Step into leadership when needed and keep operations moving

Requirements

• Full-time, on-site availability (including weekends & holidays)
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stay active throughout the day
