The Eastern States Exposition is seeking an enthusiastic and curious Agriculture Programs & Events Assistant to join the Agriculture as an intern this summer. This is a hands-on opportunity for students looking to gain real-world experience in event management, agricultural education, and public engagement—all within one of the largest event venues in the Northeast.

Throughout the summer, the intern will contribute to a wide range of high-profile events, including the ESE Wine Competition, Hooplandia, ADGA National Show, Big E Cheese Competition, Northeast Sheep Show, and preparations for The Big E—providing a unique, resume-building experience in a fast-paced environment.
This position is a great fit for students who are motivated, adaptable, and excited to learn in a dynamic environment.
Include your résumé and a cover letter telling us why you’re the perfect fit and how this position will help your career grow! Submissions will be reviewed on a rolling basis until the right candidate is hired. Priority deadline for applications: April 7, 2026
