Role Overview

Seeking a detail-oriented professional to support daily accounting operations, including bookkeeping, financial record maintenance, and reporting tasks.

Compensation: Up to $55,000 annually

Experience Required: Minimum 6 months
Benefits: Healthcare not currently offered (potential future availability)

Core Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Generate and send invoices
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain accurate records in accounting systems
• Assist with expense tracking and reporting
• Prepare financial documents and reports
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Respond to vendor and client payment inquiries
• Assist in financial statement preparation
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)
• Experience in accounting or bookkeeping
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (preferred)
• Strong Excel skills
• High accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong organizational and communication skills
