Accounting & Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist
Salary: $52,000 – $62,000
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Work Setting: On-site
Location: Miami, FL or Phoenix, AZ

We are a rapidly growing, independently owned digital billboard company with a strong presence across multiple U.S. markets. As we continue to expand, we’re seeking a detail-oriented and driven Accounting & AR Specialist to support our invoicing and collections processes across a dynamic advertising portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage client invoices using QuickBooks Online and HubSpot
• Oversee the full accounts receivable cycle, including invoicing, collections, reconciliation, and payment posting
• Prepare and analyze weekly AR aging reports for leadership
• Assist with month-end close and coordinate with external CPA partners
• Partner closely with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely billing

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or accounting
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online ( required )
• Experience with HubSpot invoicing ( required )
• Strong communication skills with the ability to professionally follow up on outstanding balances
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
